The rules for determining full-time status for SEVIS are the same as those used to report full-time status to the National Student Clearinghouse (Job TQIC).Each campus has its own criteria and those may vary by level (undergrad, grad, professional, nondegree).To apply the correct criteria, it is first necessary to determine a student’s level; then the rules to determine full-time status for the level and campus of the student are applied.
